I bought a sayl chair, and I really enjoyed the purchasing experience, the employee that helped me was very helpful and kind. I can't comment on the chair itself as it has yet to arrive, and that is to be expected with the chair being a custom order, and considering the unprecedented pressure on the shipping industry at the moment, I don't mind a long wait time considering the situation. I believe the ETA was 2-4 weeks for my chair, thus if you want something for yourself, you may want to consider purchasing well in advance.
