Antanasia, a sales clerk at the location in Penn is a god send! I brought my two kids to try on new shoes and as parents we know this does not always go how we want, however she made my son and daughter do happy and my shopping experience there feel at ease! You all have a fantastic employee!

The staff was amazing! Light hearted and funny. Both had smiles on their faces. I showed them a picture of what I needed and was in and out in under 10 min.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would however I will leave the one star rating for the poor employees that have to put up with the older lady I think named ”Maxine”. Yesterday while I went in looking for a few pairs of shoes Two younger employees were pretty helpful and gave me time to shop around and even showed me socks and some type of cleaner for shoes. However this woman had a fit over the way they went about it and scolded them in front of a store full of customers. Super unprofessional and clearly bad for business as a few others and myself left soon after.

Workers all on their phones and barely got any help. Horrible service. A woman named Maxine was extremely unhelpful when I was trying to find my shoe size, she was extremely short with me when I told her I was unsure of what size or style of shoe I wanted. Very unwelcoming.

Leland was excellent at his job! Wonderful customer service! He had no problem bringing me many different pairs of shoes in many different sizes since I wasn’t sure what I wanted and haven’t bought myself shoes in a long time.

Got a pair of crocks on sale and love them. They have great sales and the store is clean even when busy. Also the socks last longer and are so worth it.

No one wants to shop here anyways the new manager goes in the back and punches boxes and screams and scares everyone saying he has security on speed dial and he also always smells like B.O I’m not sure who made him the manager at this store but I hope they see this definitely lost a loyal customer to this please get new management ASAP

Went in to look at a pair of doc martens and this amazing young girl literally used her discount on me so I could have them ? I didn’t get her name but she was so sweet!!
