Staff was very attentive and greeted. Employees were friendly, courteous and professional. The store was very busy but staff went out of their way to have a quick conversation. They had exactly what they were looking for and can recommend this store. The fastest exchange ever was in less than 5 minutes. Super friendly and helpful staff even order one of the shoes wanted. Definitely be back in the future. Staff was very attentive. Employees were friendly.

patricia was great! she helped me find some good shoes and was patient with me when i couldn’t figure out the right size! they didn’t have the exact ones i wanted but neither did any of the other stores, so patricia helped me find something similar!

After stopping in 3 shoe stores with poorly staffed, inadequate salespeople, I was FINALLY greeted with a hello by the salesperson and proceeded to buy the shoes I came to the mall to get. Thanks Journey for teaching your employees how to greet customers. That’s the bare minimum anyone can do.
