Dr.Patel was very informative. You can see the 25 years of pediatric experience. Very kind. 4 stars only because our appointment was at 2:30 and we weren't seen until after 3:30.

Yesterday was my child’s first visit with dr Patel. He was amazing!! My daughter is special needs and he did excellent in keeping her engaged and at the same time able to communicate with me. He took time to explain things he was very personable. I highly recommend him.

Sometimes there’s a long wait time, but it’s worth it. The PAs and doctors are well educated in taking care of our kids.

The PA we saw was great to say the least, but the cleanliness of the room we were in was not so great. Trash on the floor, blinds broken so people outside could see in. Love the care we received but was nervous about there being sickness going around and my baby possibly getting it from the lack of cleanliness. There was also a box fan on the floor in a very hot room blowing hot air around.

Would not look up patient records to sign a form for the school district. Refused to see my daughter because that particular just kids was not her regular one even though we were sent there by her pcm because they are all supposed to be linked. Unfriendly staff and wasted time.
