I purchased a promise wrong for my fiance online and we were having it repaired to ensure warranty. They did a completely sloppy job repairing the diamond prongs, they sodered all the stones in place overlaying silver over EVERYTHING. They also painted over one of the stones and when asked why, the sales rep had no answer. We we tried to explain our issue. The sales rep just repeated the same thing. "HOW IS DOES LOOK NOW-HOW IS DOES LOOK NOW-HOW IS DOES LOOK NOW" this place lacks the customer service needed for a good jewerly dealer and there repair dept is an embarassment. Go somewhere else.

I was working with the store manager which initially had me thinking I’d get even more exceptional service, however that was not the case. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, rushing my decisions and making me feel unvalued

Don't go to Kay for anything other than diamonds. They will tell you in store that if you purchase a warranty, it'll cover any damage to the ring or gem. This is BLATENT lie intended to be intentionally misleading to get more sales. They do not let you read the warranty before signing up; they just go over the gist verbally. It only covers diamonds and emeralds and frame damage, otherwise its a scam.I have a beautiful ring with amethyst, which I only bought with the warranty because I was told that if it chipped (it isn't a very hard gem, and I was worried about spending $150 on a ring that'll just fade and break quickly) I could get it fixed or replaced.1 year later it gets a chip and go to my warranty on my account, and it turns out they lied.Buying it was a great experience until I found out it was dishonest.

I love the ring my husband got me when we got married. However, today we had a very unpleasant experience. First, I asked the representative named Shinelle if I could try on a ring and she hesitated to show it to me. She then to proceed to look at me up and down in disgust. Yes, Shinelle I was wearing "plain" clothes because it is the weekened, but I am a lawyer and you need to learn to treat everyone with respect despite what they are wearing.Secondly, she told us we had to pay $30 for not getting our ring inspected within 6 months. However, we came in on Febuary when we got engaged and they inspected our ring. However, Shinelle kept arguing and staying that it is "our responsibility" to have their staff log the inspection. Not to mention we assured her no one made us aware that we had to do such thing. Shinelle is very unpleasent, unprofessional, and rude.Thankfully, we contacted the Edmond location, where my husband bought the ring and they were able to assist us.

I worked with Allie here at Kay Jewelers in Penn Square Mall. She was great and answered all my questions and made getting my wife’s jewelry repaired in a prompt manner. She made the entire experience so easy and an overall pleasure. It is great to know that she was willing to go above and beyond a sell, as she was so helpful with the after service as well. Kay jewelers never disappoints! My husband and I live in Lawton and have been customers since 2010. Randall has always given us great service whether it was in Lawton or OKC. When I see her face I know I'm going to be taken care of!

My husband and I stopped by Kay’s in order to get a variety of our jewelry cleaned and as usual, Randell provided exceptional customer service, patience, professionalism, and technical expertise!!!! During our visit, Randell assisted us with finding and purchasing the perfect gifts for our daughters for Valentine’s Day.We have made numerous purchases over the years with Randell and when our local Kay’s closed in Lawton, we now drive to the Penn Square Mall in OKC to continue receiving the same stellar service from Randell that my husband and I have grown accustomed to!!!!
