He came to my grandma's housein april and fix the pipe in the front little bathroom that was leaking since my grandma couldn't do laundry he came out did the estimate scheduled a time that was good for all of us. He got the job done correctly and was respectful of the house. He was excellent would use again!!!

I put a significant amount of effort and research into installing a tankless water heater and water softener + water filtration for our home. I called nearly one dozen plumbers and scheduled 6 to come assess and quote the work. Cameron was down to earth and reasonable from the start. While other plumbers tried to inundate me with jargon and unnecessary work, Cameron was straight to the point and gave me a fair quote. Others wanted to match him, but there was no question in my mind that Kirkland would do the best job (many couldn't even find the water main and were quoting me to install one). Cameron was prompt, thorough, creative (fitting all the equipment in the small water heater closet was a challenge), and quick to follow-up. We are very pleased with our tankless water heater and softener/filtration system. The hot water is basically instant and never runs out. I did a water test and confirmed the softener and filtration systems work well too. Cameron even placed a bypass to my garden which I also confirmed is effective so I don't salt my plants! I decided last minute to replace an old toilet and Kirkland was able to accommodate and install it while on site. I’ve had Kirkland come out for a few things over the past 9 years I’ve owned my home and I’ve always been pleased. Most recently a replacement of my water heater. They’re friendly, have a very fast response, and do overall great work. I’ve never felt like I didn’t get high quality service, parts and workmanship. I’ll continue to call them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone.

I am so pleased I chose to contact Kirkland Plumbing for my dripping water hydrant. I submitted my request online and got a text response with an arrival time. Cameron came out on a Sunday afternoon to install my hot water heater.He arrived about 30 minutes after we spoke on the phone. He removed the old water heater and installed the new water heater in a challenging space with no damage to the structure or the water heater. The plumber that came was awesome and fast, fixed our problem! They were also flexible with our payment, which was helpful, because we all know things tend to break when you don't have the money, of course. Very happy with my experience and will happily call them for future plumbing needs.

Kirkland was hired to clear the clothes washer drain line and drain the hot water heater. He did both jobs adequately, but he failed to put the clothes washer drain line back, so that the draining water would go into the drain line. And, he failed to plug the HVAC unit back in to the electrical socket.
