This Kohl's location is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their seasonal decorations. The Kohl's Cash is a plus! I'm sure I'll return soon!

Why did you take the benches out by the restrooms? This was needed for the older customers or those with mobility issues. Some of us just need to take a break and now we just have to leave and go to the car to sit. I had to cut my shopping short and leave 😕

My visit to Kohl’s was just okay — nothing bad, but also nothing great.
The store was clean, the layout was easy to follow, and there was a fair amount of inventory across departments. 🧼🛍️👚👞
That said, it all felt kind of average. The clothing section seemed a bit picked over, especially in the men’s and kids’ areas. 👕👖🧒
I didn’t find many standout deals, and some of the sale signage was confusing or missing. 🏷️❓
Customer service was fine — not rude, but not warm or welcoming either. Just… there. 🤷♂️🧾
It’s a decent place if you’re looking for something basic or happen to be nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to shop here regularly.

So many pretty dresses for Spring and Summer wear ! My husband found great slacks and a good looking suit coat to match ! The store has an inviting feeling !

This place is horrible. My father is grieving from the loss of his father. We came here to buy clothes for a funeral. The cashier knew this and still proceeded to push the Kohl's card sales pitch on him multiple times after he asked her not to. She just would not stop. I work in sales. I know that incentives have to be pushed, but there is a time and place.
Also, their prices are ridiculous. It's no wonder that we were the only customers in the place. How they're still in business is beyond me. Horrible prices, horrible checkout experience, and then they just shoved the overpriced clothes into the bag in a ball. Ridiculous.
