Visiting family and took the kids to the beautiful scissor tail park. Wanted some ice due to being dehydrated in the sun. To my surprise they took no card and all I had at the time was a card. Everything is card less these days. He then informed me the card reader was down. I asked him if there was an alternative payment method and he told me no. Which to me say's your okay without business. It's giving GHETTO! But lucky another snow cone truck was available with proper technology and offer ice for free. I still tipped her because I'm a paying consumer wherever I go!

Stelly loves Kona Ice! ? So of course, when we saw them at La Fiesta de los Niños... we had to get our ICE on! The ladies we so sweet and friendly. Appropriately enough they had someone that spoke Spanish.

Went to your event tonight at tje cops and burgers. Said you were free but then tried to charge us. We actually didn't bring our money, even told the lady and my young daughter left crying. If your wanting money then don't advertise for free. Shame on you Kona ice

I was in contact with Kona about my nephew's graduation party. I entered the zip code of the event venue on the Kona webite and was referred to Mr. Richard Harris. Mr. Harris responded to me via email confirming the reservation on May 5th. I did not hear from him again, to date, despite several attempts by myself AND my sister via email and telephone. We had a deadline to submit our vendor information to OKC Parks & Rec of May 24th, that we were not able to meet due to the lack of communication. I even emailed Mr. Harris a scanned copy of the vendor form that we were to submit on May 21st. Again, to date, no response. We attempted to reach out to other Kona Ice owners and were told we needed to contact Mr. Harris and that if we were not able to reach him we should "complain about him to corporate". This was a terrible experience and it is really a shame because I have always been such a big fan of Kona Ice and the company's activity in the community.

We love KONA Day @ Britton Elementary! They have healthy choices but most importantly delicious snow cones for our students. The staff are friendly and know how to work well with our students. The profit we make goes back to our school. We are very happy with their excellent service.

I love Kona! This has been my favorite job so far and I love to be a part of giving so much money back to the schools!
