Maria and pam are amazing! Since living here every time something needs to be fixed they’re on it and if the ac needs to be fixed or anything it gets fixed right away which I’m grateful since I have kids. Maria is so helpful when I need something and makes you feel a part of the community when they have something going on. I am grateful that they have someone like her and Pam !

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Maria, Assistant Manager at Lake Forest Mobile Home Park! Maria's professionalism, kindness, and dedication to her residents are truly commendable. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met and that we feel valued and supported. Her warm and welcoming demeanor makes her a joy to work with, and her expertise and knowledge of the community are impressive. Maria is an outstanding representative of Lake Forest Mobile Home Park, and I feel so fortunate to have her as a part of our community. Five stars aren't enough - she deserves ten! Thank you, Maria, for all that you do!

I have lived at Lake Forest for 8 years, it has improved alot. I believe our management and mantanets crew is the reason for the improvement. Pam and Maria are eager to help when a situation occurs. If we need assistance with a repair the crew is willing to step up and help if possable.

Horrible pool hours, only open from 1-8pm, and closed on mondays, kids in the park are always unattended at the pool, jumping off furniture and diving over stacked chairs into only 5ft of water, no one ever does anything.
No one ever gave us a list of rules but we were threatened with eviction because we had curtains but no blinds, but half this park has no blinds!
Took months to get the mailbox sorted out, they didn’t have keys, I had to go the post office and pay $20 for a new lock, they came out and installed it, incorrectly and we still had to wait weeks more to start getting into our mailbox.
You have to pay $50
Per trash can, and they are all broken and basically taped back together.
We can have a fence but it has to be white picked and only 24” high, and you can only fence a small section.
Street lights are out and no one is fixing them. People park in the middle of the streets, and use the parking spaces at the mailboxes or park as their personal driveways.
We feel like management doesn’t like us and we didn’t even do anything, we are nice and quiet, we try to be good neighbors. We haven’t had the money to really do much with the yard yet but we will when we can, don’t know if that’s why they don’t like us or what but it’s frustrating living somewhere and feeling like your hated for no reason.

I've lived here over twenty years. The location is perfect for me. The traffic light and convenience stores at NW 10th and County Line are much appreciated. I'm close to shopping and dining. like residing in Canadian county in the Yukon school district.
