Connor was extra helpful! He asked me if I found everything okay and I told him it was my first time in a Levi’s store. I tried on several sizes and styles of jeans. While I found my sizing, I was struggling to find a style that I liked. Connor went above and beyond to recommend another style of jeans that could possibly work in the description that I was describing. He helped me to pick out the Superlow Loose fitting jeans and helped me narrow down my sizing. He checked on me in the fitting room and helped me to pick the size that looked the best on me. He made me feel comfortable and cared for when I felt overwhelmed in making a decision. He was super easy to talk to and I appreciated that he didn’t dismiss my frustration in finding the perfect jeans for me. Connor is intentional and has great interpersonal skills. He also signed me up for the rewards program and I got $20 off my purchase because of the scratch off I was given! For a person who doesn’t love to shop, Connor made it a stress-free experience. Connor deserves to be recognized for his intentionality and dedication to his expertise in the Levi’s company. I will be going back to Levi’s again and again because of this experience!!

The cashier/associate was very helpful! I didn’t find the style of jeans I was looking for in store but he referred me to a similar style (that I ended up purchasing) and also looked online to help me find the extra long size I prefer. He went above and beyond to be helpful!

Last night, I went in to this Levi’s outlet store on Reno in Okc. A young lady working there at the time was NOT helpful at all. I was in the store at 7:10PM on December 26Th (Tuesday). Did Not offer help Once, and when I was walking towards fitting room she proceeded to tell me the fitting room was closed. About 5 min’s later I see two ladies coming out of fitting room. I think her attitude was rude and Not helpful at all. I think the manager needs to be aware of this kind of employee serving the business. She seemed bothered and unpleasant to deal with. Not helpful employee makes for bad experience.

I thought the clothes were a little overpriced.... Outlet malls used to be reasonable price clothing now outlet malls are just as much as going to the department stores or malls .
