Dishonest and unqualified staff. They did not explain at the front it will cost 600 dollarsto do taxes just for one person. Too many hiding fees that they did not explain at the front. Money comes and goes I will never have business with tax liability again.

Liberty Tax on McArthur was the worst experience ever...it is clearly they need help, and they need someone other than Ismat that has the knowledge of knowing how to prepare your taxes...regardless of the tax form.I feel like if I am paying 500 bucks to prepare my taxes, then I shouldn't get the run around. Good thing you are able to look over your information before they submit to the IRS because one lady had my address totally wrong...she left my marriage name off and I pointed it out to her...she sated: We can go back & change the name or leave it like it is but she corrected my address...Now I will take part of the blame and next time file my taxes early because I filed the day before the deadline so that part is on me...and I did not realize how tacky they handle your tax filing..
