On Saturday, 11/25/2023, I went into the store looking for a hat, they didn’t have what I was looking for so I left. I went into the food court and a few minutes later the manager(Cooper) and an employee went up to my table and accused me of stealing more than one hat from the store. They publicly humiliated us by accusing us of stealing. I requested to see the camera footage where it shows where I “stole more than one hat” . They proceeded to “show me evidence” where it clearly shows when I grabbed the hat looked at it then place it right back because I didn’t like it. The manager was speechless and he didn’t even bother to offer us an apology. I felt harassed and completely humiliated, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Beyond an excellent job on my hats! I'm so pleased with the quality and want to personally recommend this location for embroidery hats. The General Manager personally did them and I am extremely happy. I will return!

The custom job we had done came out horribly. Some young kid did it and didn't listen to what I really wanted just said "I got you" while he text on his phone the entire time. He was even texting as I get the finished hat, barely looking up at me. The store was closing and I didn't get the idea that either worker cared. I was kind and just left but immediately called another lids to get a fix. Thank goodness for Colton at Fan Outfitters (owned by lids) for redoing the hat and making it look perfect. This was a custom hat my kids designed and wanted for their dad's birthday.

So the continued disrespectfulness from employees at this location is ridiculous last time I came they had 10 minutes before they closed the doors the doors were locked I got to the door and to my surprise the employees were standing at the door laughing at me and didn’t even open up the door this time I go in and I try to talk to an employee(there were two employees but it was the African American gentleman)and he’s on his phone literally on his personal cell phone talking to his friend saying things like what’s up boy oh boy how are you doing boy that’s very very very unprofessional

Online it states that this location closes at 8pm but at 7:22 they are closed. I drive over an hour to figure this out. I tried calling the phone number listed several times and the call drops every time.Don’t waste your time here.

I was told the letters embroidered on my hat would match the original stitching, that in fact did not happen! I asked them if they could re-do it or give me a refund. They refused to do either and gave us attitude. Never coming here again and hope you don’t either.

I came here in hopes of getting an embroidered hat and I left with a messed up hat horribly done. The embroidering was completely messed up and looked tacky. They said there was nothing they could do about it even after they had told us that if anything was wrong with it they were responsible and Lids had to fix it or give a refund. If I could rate it negative starts I would!

Try to have one happy embroidered. Said there were two more hats before mine. Told me to come back in 40 minutes. I came back and said they are working on it will be done in a bit. Another hour later no hat. Mind you there has been 3 or 4 customers come into the store. While I was sitting outside waiting. This was at 2pm on a Tuesday. 3 employees no customers. After 2 and a half hour's. The hat was absolutely messed up and had my money refunded. F!-*(ing horrible.

I would not recommend this location, employees are rude and not cooperative at all. I was told if anything was wrong with my hat they would be responsible and that did not happen. They never gave us an option on the font sizing or specific color. The letters were oddly placed and after letting them know I wasn't happy with the results they said there was nothing they could do about it even though it was completely their fault.

The selection of hats met my expectations. It's still funny to know that they have never seen or know what to do when you show them your access pass from the lids blog, but thanks to the pretty lady & manager I guess I was I & out.

They messed up my hat, gave me the wrong color stitching and horrible printing. They didn’t give me my money back after saying if anything happened they were responsible.

I really love the outlet mall Lids is a great spot for all you middle-aged men to get yourself a cover-up hat LOL Boomer Sooner!!!
