No problems with the service--'always available to troubleshoot via phone or, if it won't work, exchange out the unit for a functioning one. As to ordering supplies, that usually goes pretty smoothly.

I called to place an order from the OKC Lincare office for my oxygen supplies at 8am on the day of delivery and was told by the female that answered that my delivery driver had already left the facility.The next week while speaking to my delivery driver I told him about the phone call the week before. He told me that he doesn't leave the facility until 10 or 10:30 every morning to make his deliveries.That's how much that one employee cares about Lincare's clients.This one example is not the only bad experience I've had in the 11 years I've had to deal with them but they're the only oxygen supplier that delivers to my rural area.May I add, the exact same thing happened this week. I called the OKC Lincare office beginning at 8am on the day of my supposed delivery but got no answer, 3 times. No delivery. I'm going out of town this weekend so now I have to take time to borrow a vehicle (I don't own one) and drive 90 miles round trip to exchange the empty oxygen bottles I have in my possession so that my excursion will be a safe and healthy one.The Oklahoma City Lincare has the absolute worst customer service from the majority of the ladies inside their office. Do not recommend!

Terrible in every way. Amber needs to be replaced immediately and so does every other staff member here. They have 0 idea on what customer service is, let alone running an office.

Customer service here is terrible. Five women working as you come in and the only one who acknowledged me was already helping someone else. The women who was taking care of my order took a phone call when she learned I was here to pick up an order. Took over 30 minutes to pick up a walker. The ineptness here is incredible.

I want to share with everyone that the people that work for lincare in okc r the best with thier care for seniors with copd the wonderful women that help me with my needs. Miss Markeisha and Miss Casandra r 2 wonderful caring people for all of humanity and LINCARE should give them a raise and a GOLD star for there service of being great employees for ur company.
