Live Boho is a unique store that offers beautiful furniture and home decor, featuring a selection of stylish and high-quality items that customers appreciate. Many reviews highlight the store's aesthetic appeal, with some items described as "amazing" and "funky." However, customer service has been a significant concern for several visitors. Some have reported feeling ignored by staff, with instances of unprofessional behavior, such as discussing previous customers negatively. Others have shared disappointing experiences regarding communication and follow-up on product inquiries, leading to lost sales opportunities.
Despite these issues, some customers express excitement about finding such a distinctive store in OKC, suggesting that it stands out from larger retail chains. While the quality of the products is praised, the high prices may deter some shoppers, particularly those who feel they were not given proper attention in-store. Overall, Live Boho offers a mix of beautiful furnishings and decor, but improvements in customer service could enhance the overall shopping experience.
Huge selection of fun, eclectic, unique decor, art, knickknacks, pottery, dishes, etc. Pro tip, walk in just after a workout, not a stitch of make-up, hair not fixed, and you can walk in unacknowledged and move about to your heart's content unencumbered to search out the sales.
