I would love to give this place a 5 star review, but unfortunately I can’t. The product sold here stands out from any other kratom. It is high quality with great results. But finding a time when this place is open is like finding a needle in a haystack. Their hours are not as advertised. I have gone a dozen times when they say they are open, but they aren’t. They answer the phone probably 30% of the time and even then that has no correlation to if they are open or not. I hope this issue can be resolved as I would love to purchase from Lotus more often.

If you've never tried Kratom, let this place be your first time. Not only is the owner super nice but she is good at what she does. I tried Kratom from other places and those places didnt even compare to the kratom I bought from her. It actually works. I have really bad anxiety and the kratom I got from lotus really helps. It works quickly and its effects last a long time. I use to drink heavily but with their kratom(I get the "upside down") my urge to drink goes away. It makes me happy, stops my urge to drink and gives me energy. I can say it 100% works for me.

Bought a few different strains and found the right ones that improve my quality of life and help immensely with my work/life balance thanks to the help of Kim and Toni. I even brought my wife the second time I came. They’re are incredible people who care about quality and truly care for their customers. My wife was pleased with the help and information on products that Toni and Kim gave her. Amazing service and price!

I just moved to this area and have been shopping the various kratom stores. This place has by far been the best for quality, potency and service. I have been using kratom for 5 years and have always bought moodrite kratom until now. I was skeptical of their price at first because it was double what I was used to paying back home, the wonderful sales lady assured me of potency and quality and I was not disappointed with my purchase. This white Maeng da is 3 to 4 times as potent as the moodrite brand I was purchasing. Thank you Lotus Botanicals!
