Employees are extremely kind, helpful, professional, and personable, with specific praise for service in the flooring and outdoor loading areas. Staff are knowledgeable and will take time to help customers find what they need. However, some customers are disappointed by the lack of a metal cutting service for hardware items. The store is a convenient go-to for projects, but checkout can be slow with only one cashier and many self-serve stations. Some items, like specific parts, can be twice the price of online retailers, but the store is valued for immediate needs.
