I came in and purchased fence panels for my yard and asked for them to be delivered
The cashier set it up for Wednesday afternoon to be delivered and said that they were supposed to contact me a hour before delivery because I'd be at work that morning it would of gave me time to meet them at the house that afternoon and they could put them in the shed in the backyard
I just happened to be around my phone at 930 while at work that morning and seen my cameras going off and saw that they were delivering 3 to 4 hours or so than what they said and what was agreed on and not only did they deliver them way to early but did not receive a phone call as well and when I listened to the audio from the cameras I heard the guy call back to the company and tell them no one was there after ringing the door bell once and heard the person on the other end telling him to just take a picture of them and send it to the person that ordered them which that did not happen as well
I had to rush home during work and try to see what was going on and when arriving at the house I saw that they had dropped them in the middle of the yard and left
I had to race back to work and asked a coworker if during lunch time would he be able to help me put these exactly where they needed to go
There was no contact from the driver, they didn't put them where asked to do so and I had to leave work to put them away myself which I was told they were supposed to do with delivery

It's always great. However, I don't want to see Lowe's for at least a week, hahaha... Remodeling a renter house....Pulling carpet, compounding holes in the walls, painting, and laying LVP flooring. Yard work in a jungle, haha.

I had to wait a long time before anyone came out to load my yard mulch. After waiting a significant amount of time, I had to call the store from my truck to get help. I would have loaded my purchase myself but did not because of my concern about being accused of stealing.
On a good note, the young man who did load my truck apologized twice. I appreciated his apology greatly. A very nice person.

First visit today. 3rd week of May. Great display is flowers and nursery supplies even before we entered the store. Nice line up of mowers outside too. Bought 5 gal of Kilz2 and Gorilla glue. (Because they rhyme apparently lol). Very clean store. Several available staff on hand. Check out went smooth. I really can't find fault with this store. Nice day to visit a nice Lowe's.

Diego helped us with purchasing a Pit Boss Smoker! He was extremely helpful, got us one already assembled, checked out through customer service and even helped load it in our truck!! 5 Stars!!

Bought a dryer 1 week ago and got it home and would not turn in. Took it back and exchanged for another. Today, 1 week later it will not turn on and they will not exchange it. They would have if purchased on their store card but not cash. Seems like Lowe’s should stand by their products.My family will use Home Depot or another area store in the future.
