I have always had a good experience at this store until a few weeks ago. One of the girls working here (I don’t mean to profile her but I think she’s Asian) is so rude. Me and my friends came in and she just stared at us and kept making faces at her coworker as if she was annoyed that we were in the store. The atmosphere felt extremely judgmental. The girls working here make walking into the store so awkward and uncomfortable. They say nothing and just look at you and stare as you walk through the store. I almost said something like “y’all aren’t supposed to say hello when someone walks in” but I chose to keep to myself. Apparently Lucca just cares about hiring “pretty” girls but doesn’t make sure they’re friendly. Yikes. Won’t get my business on a $70 t shirt.

They sold me a skirt claiming it was a great deal when in reality the zipper is completely non functional. She was quick to tell me it was final sale but not WHY it was final sale. If you have a product that is broken to the point of not being able to be worn you shouldn’t sell it for $20!!Update: they took it back!

I came in here during a SALE! The young ladies that work here are so nice. I tried on clothes and scored a pair of jeans and 3 shirts for $64+change. What I liked about LUCCA is that their clothes are stylish but can be worn by people of all ages. I did buy a couple of really cute shirts which definitely need a Bradley, but that's so easy-peasy that's it's a non-issue.

Do not shop this store. We were in the Quail Springs Mall store, the sales girl told us they had shoes, buy two get a pair free, when we got to the register the girl said it was her mistake that she was wrong. Would not honor what she originally said, would not give us a customer service number. Would not work with us in any way. Really poor customer service.
