“Thank you John for your kindness this morning! I was the only car outside and he saw me trying to get a baby and my package out of the vehicle and he came outside and offered to carry the package in so I could get my baby. He said next time I could call the store and he would come to me so I didnt have to get the baby out. What a great representation of the company. This is the only ups I have used for years. I find the other locations to not be as nice and fast as this one. I drive past another ups to use this one specifically. Again thank you so much John!”
