“Is this new store is phenomenal! And the people there are fantastic. The girl who waited on me was named Justice and she took care of me quickly efficiently. And the whole place just is very efficient clean nice and welcoming. I'd rather come here that whole foods for my Amazon returns any day... Whole Foods is just too jammed up too much going on too much for network activity all around your swirling like dervishes. Itss just a mess over there at Whole Foids and the parking is horrific.The u p s store is THE way to go.”

“Went in on a busy Friday morning. Got to experience a super awesome worker there by the name of Elaine I think. She was stacked with 6 + customers and politely asked if any of them wanted to come back later she would take care of them as her computer and printing were having issues. I had two toddlers in store and I was in no hurry.We waited patiently for the thick to clear and the hard working Elaine took magical VIP like care of me. I super pleased with the experience and will definitely stop in more often. “I'm a frequent customer. Amazon returns are always super fast here. Only time I've had to wait in line is during holidays and that goes for all stores. They now have an automated return station. Remember to tape your packges cause it will cost you $. Also if you have multiple returns, packge all together in same box or they won't accept it. Customer service has always been friendly. I've also used them for notary items and had no issues. Much cheaper than a mobile notary. A+ store”

“I was on my way to the store to drop off a package. The website said this location closed at seven I arrived at 6:36 PM and even though they were closed a young man named Josh was still able to take my package so that I wouldn’t have to make a second trip to this location. I felt like a valued customer based on the fact that he was willing to still help me out even though they were closed. I do recommend this location for your UPS packaging and delivery services.”

“Let me just say I have been coming to the UPS Customer Service at 901 S. Portland for Years!!! I am a smallBusiness owner and have multiple packages shipped weekly via UPS and I’m not always home to get my packages immediately after they’ve been delivered. So shipping here seemed like the most logical thing to do initially. I live a good 30 min from this Center but ITS SO WORTH IT!! I knew I could go to a closer UPS for pu. BUT I CONTINUE to come here and ONLY here for my deliveries for my business!! Dawn has ALWAYS taken care of me and makes me feel SUPER special!! I’m beginning to think she does that with everyone though.?901 (as they call it) receives all trucks early AM around 8. Just a quick backstory. Their team Dawn included have to PHYSICALLY unload the trucks out for ALL 901 packages & bring up front for customer pu. Let me just say AGAIN!! STELLAR MAGNIFICENT OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They always have a smiling face and willingness to help!!!. They’ve even gone as far as to pulling my boxes if I happen to come in before they finish pulling the boxes!! WOW!! Thanks guys!! I can NOT sing the CS UPS counter enough!!! Back to WHY I come here vs my items being shipped you ask??? ?CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
