“Excellent customer service! The staff here went above and beyond to help me package and ship an item safely. They were patient, professional, and answered all of my questions about tracking and insurance. Highly recommend this specific store!”
“This place is super professional & very fast with their responses as well. Was happy the way they shipped & packed my item!! The staff including the manager is super friendly, loved how they even give options on what is the best solution for shipping & packaging.”
“Staff here are awesome. This isn't the closest UPS store, it is however the only place I go. As a handicapped person I sometimes need assistance. They've always been super helpful and kind. Definitely recommend them for all your shipping and mailing needs.”
“This was a new experience for me. I thoroughly research all of my purchases, and this was a first for me. The staff were nice, I was in and out within 3 minutes. The car park lot could use some serious repairs as the surface is quite uneven. With that said, it was an excellent experience.”
“Rating 5 stars because the workers are awesome BUT it was a very hot day and they do not have working AC. The line was long and the doors had to remain open. Hoping UPS makes this right for the hard working staff!”
“The ladies are so friendly and awesome! I’ve been coming here for years and never had any complaints with the workers or service provided by them. Prices are fair and their self checkout is amazing. 10/10 I will be keep coming back!”
