“Super happy with the driver coming through Van Burens route. We had some parts delivered that were not to us. Accidents happen, and they fell into a larger shipping box. With no way to return these extra parts I left a simple note on the part sitting inside the door. With no other contact they picked it up with no issues. We've had drivers in the past not pay attention if we try to get their attention, and this simple quick easy response was AMAZING.”

“People are always very friendly here the only thing is when I called for a price for copies, the lady said $.30 a copy but that wasn't the price. So not a big issue for me but for someone on something else it could cause and issue.”

“Eric and Shonti at the DHL office on 63rd St. absolutely lovely.
Not at all happy with the truck driver that did not deliver our package (That person would get a negative star)
But these two people made up for it. Once we determined we would have it delivered to the store as opposed to our address, Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Shonti Called as soon as the package was at the store. And when I went to pick up the package, Eric listened to my concerns. They were nothing but sympathetic and fully apologetic for the driver. They dealt with The situation in a kind and professional manner.
If you’re going to use DHL I recommend having your packages dropped off at that shop on 63rd as opposed to any place else.”
