Terrible company. I have been a patient for a while now an bad customer service every time I try to call. These people never answer the phone and when you get someone to answer the person acts like you are bothering them and they don't want to be there. This is a sad place I wish I could give 0 stars

This process started in November of 2022 for an electric wheelchair. I was told it could take up to 6 months. In May of 2023, I was told my order was lost and we had to start the process again. Then I was told that they were no longer in network with my insurance so I needed to find a different provider. Approximately a week later, I was told they were in network and had the appointment with PT and their staff in June. Following up in August, the order still hadn't been placed because of a software access issue. Finally, in September, I canceled the order and moved my business to another company.

Major Medical really cares about the customer. They'll answer any questions you have and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would recommend them 100%. To anyone

Terrible service both on the phone and in the office. Had a 1000 appt. for a CPAP fitting. Wasn't seen until 1040. They never answer the phone, that's when you can get thru to them. The place is grungy looking. Looks like an old 1970's stockroom. Not a place where customers should be seen. I will be finding a new supplier as soon as I'm done with all the initial CPAP acceptance is done.

James, is wonderful, he is so very patient and follow through with task complete. When he has to go back to the office and return to finish job, he is always friendly!!!!!!! He always seem to enjoy taking care of his customers. Thank you James for being attentive to your customer needs!

Worst experience with a CPAP supply company in 16 years. Insurance had me use this company and received a new CPAP machine. Since then, they have lost my supply reorder twice and I sent in my SD card for compliance and they have lost it too (I used their self addressed envelope). Personally came in to pick up my supplies as they asked and they would t give them to me because they had no compliance from SD card that they lost. Oh and the NEVER answer their phone. Incompetence at its finest

Not sure what it is about these health companies. They ALL seem to be incompetent. I hand delivered a Dr order for a walker. One week later they denied getting the order. I spoke to the same person to whom I hand delivered the order. She still denied ever getting it. We've tried 2 companies so far to get my elderly mother a walker...and they both dropped the ball. They simply aren't helpful in resolving the issue.
