Had the worst experience tonight. To set the scene, it's a busy Saturday night. We waited in the line, which ended outside the door for about 15 minutes. Once we got to the front, I placed my order for a quart of birthday cake with raspberries. The employee walked away without a word, then when she returned she said something I could not comprehend. The couple in front of me let me know she said there were no raspberries. I understand that it was busy, and held no grudge over this, so I was trying to figure out what I would order, as I only ever get the same combination when I order here. The worker then returned with the quart filled with birthday cake, no fillings, after never once asking if that's what I would want. She said, "is this it?" Very shortly. I let her know I was not sure what I wanted, but I knew I would not be getting that size and flavor anymore, and I needed a moment to figure out a substitute order. My husband was also waiting to place his order. The employee then turned fast, while rolling her eyes. I let them know I would not be placing an order due to the unnecessary attitude. I was not upset initially, I get busy nights mean unpredictable situations. But the employee did not handle it well, at all, and she treated me as if I were causing an issue, when she never once asked if I'd like to change my order before continuing to make something I did not order. Overall unhappy with how this turned out, I'm pregnant and this was a craving I had all day, and to have to leave after a situation like that really turned the mood upside down for me. I attended Saturday April 6th 2024 around 830pm.

When I walked in, the atmosphere was not what it should have been. The lady that had just received her ice cream was throwing a tantrum. I am not sure why she was frustrated but the worker kept a calm and had a positive attitude even though she was being verbally assaulted by the customer she was assisting. I appreciate any employee who can still stay calm while being treated poorly. Travania ( I apologize if I mispelled this worker's name.) was efficient and handled the situation with a smile on her face. The lady stormed out and made rude comments on her way out of the store. No one should be treated like that. Anyway, thank you for great customer service, you are the true hero, marble slab needs, Travania. Keep up the great work!

The employees don’t give a single care in the world. The girl helping us walked behind the scenes after helping one of the three in our group. When she came back she continued to complain about working before, during, and after we ordered. I was skipped in line and they helped the person behind me after two of the three of us had our orders.Nobody washed their hands and that would touch their hair. They use the same scoop in different ice creams and just the overall cleanliness you want to see in a food establishment was not present. Every surface was covered in food or were sticky.I’ve never been so disappointed in a small ice cream shop. I know they don’t really need my business anyway, but I can safely say I will not be coming back.

Where do I even start… management is not doing these young girls any favors. You walk in and you are greeted by piles of insulation. Next you notice there is no available seating because it has been put away 40 minutes before closing. Customers are sitting on the dirt and ice cream covered floor. The workers completely lack any sense of direction. With the lack of structure for these girls comes an extremely chaotic and stressful work environment… which breeds terrible attitudes and awful customer service. Simply put, they need to be trained. Ice cream was great… lacked sufficient toppings. Clean the floors and get that insulation put away and this is 2 stars!! Work to be done for sure. However, this will not affect their business in the slightest as there are unfortunately no other options for ice cream nearby.

The icecream was amazing however the overall experience was very slow, employees seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers and we waited about an hour in

Terrible service. The place was packed and no once was working with a sense of urgency. The girl that made my ice cream was rude and seemed bothered that she even had to work. No one was wearing gloves nor cleaning the slab off after every customer. No one was working the register we had to wait 5 minutes before we even paid. It was very dirty and ice cream was all over the floor. Would not recommend this location.

Very great place to enjoy good ice cream. The young lady at the register was very professional and friendly. Will definitely be back and hope to see Tranavia’s face

Like the ice cream. But please have more than 1 employee. There are 33 people in line. Guy was doing great though. Not his fault no one else was here to help. And there has to be some regulation from having insulation and ceiling tiles sitting open next to where you have food

I’ll start with the positive, the ice cream and add ins were very good. However the employees were so rude I’d never be a repeat customer. As soon as we walked in one of the girls huffed and rolled her eyes, then when we placed our order she said well what size, and when we asked the options she just stared and said how many scoops do you want. Oh it gets worse. Then as we are helping my elderly mother order the same girl asks her what she wants and then rolled her eyes again, when my husband asked her how we offended her or what her problem was she huffed and ignored him. I understand a bad day, but come on!!! Needless to say the rest of our party did not order and we went on our way.

This was the first place I went to for dessert in OKC. It's located in Bricktown just off the pretty riverside walk. Service was very friendly. The place was super busy when I went, we waited in line for at least 20 min. I got a scoop of cool mint with mix ins (sprinkles and whip cream). The nice thing about marble slab was that they allow for unlimited mix ins for the set price. I would come back here!

Flew 800 miles from AZ to explore OKC. Worker Victoria was very rude and did not give us good customer service at all. We told her we wanted rocky road and gave us vanilla, we then told her we wanted vanilla and rudely said "u should've told me". That wasn't even all the rudeness/attitude she gave us. Not a great experience.

The ice cream and mix-ins were good. The service was terrible. My husband ordered a shake and the employee immediately asked another coworker to make it. The other employee refused. A third employee asked if we were being taken care of and the original employee said she had us. She made my order then again asked someone else to make the shake because she didn’t know how and the employee recommended she look at the book. Instead of figuring it out or asking for help, she proceeded to begin taking other orders. We waited a full ten minutes without being checked out or receiving the shake. We finally went back up to the register to pay and said to forget about the shake. She never acknowledged that she forgot or that it was in process. It was very apparent we were not going to receive the shake because she didn’t want to deal with making it. We also could have easily walked out without paying for anything as she was ignoring our situation completely, but we chose to do the correct thing. We’re very frustrated with this experience and likely will not return.

The staff at the this place were incredibly kind and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. Despite their exceptional service the working conditions were horrible, the temperature inside probably was 90+ degrees and no air to breathe making it uncomfortable both for employees and customers.

If your business is failing in some way I suggest you re staff the entire place. We walked in and the AC was broken, it was 100 degrees In an ICE CREAM SHOP for one, for two your employees don't want to work. I ordered 3 shakes and got an eye roll from every single employee. Each person was working on 1 thing from every order. So by the time anyone got to the register, everything was melted?! It's completely backwards from how any ice cream shop tends to customers. They were literally picking what they wanted to make from each order before one customer was completely served. I can't believe I waited 30 minutes for a coffee shake, only to watch her barely use any coffee flavored anything and handed me a completely melted VANILLA SHAKE. When I asked why it doesn't look anything like the photo I picked when I ordered, with her attitude she said do you want me to re do it? By then there was a line of 15 people and I declined, walked outside and threw it in the trash. Also, after I ordered my coffee shake, the smaller employee told the next guy that she would have to get out more coffee ice cream or something. And that would take 20 minutes she said. Im standing right next to him thinking well no wonder my coffee shake is vanilla?! Multiple people walked out while I was waiting because she told each of them it would be 10 minutes per person of a wait, which mathematically left the people in the back of the line waiting over an hour for ice cream?! Who takes an hour to get through an ice cream line?! There is absolutely no way your business is doing well, and it's 100 percent your employees. Like EMBARRASSINGLY ITS ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES. I have never in my life reviewed a place and told them to fire the whole staff but hot dang, they are that bad.
