I normally have a good experience here. And for this instance the food was still good. The service however was not. We ordered an Ultimate Magnifico Pizza which unbeknownst to us includes the OId World Sausage.Now I know what you're probably saying, "What do you mean, unbeknownst to you. It says in the description that this is included!" and you would be right, and that was my oversight. However the ordering system that allows you to customize each order, gives you the ability to select every little detail of what is included on the pizza, down to what crust toppings are shaken on to the pizza. But you know what it did not tell me was on the pizza in case I wanted to exclude it, the Old World Sausage. And on the final screen where you are asked to confirm your order and it lists everything that is going to be on your pizza, you know what it did not say was going to be on the pizza. You got it, Old World Sausage.When I called in and pointed this issue out to the person over the phone, she was much more interested in explaining how I was an idiot who did not know how to order pizza. And then asked if I wanted to order the pizza the correct way. I informed her that I just wanted to pizza I ordered, at which time she hung up the phone.Now at this time, I did not know she had hung up the phone, I honestly assumed we were disconnected. But when I called back and the same person answered I said, "HI, I think we got disconnected accid..." then the call was disconnected again.My wife called back and someone else answered and tried to say he was there and no one could be heard on the other line. This obvious attempt to cover for his coworker, while noble, was just a blatant lie to my face, again, like I am an idiot. I'd rather they just have the guts to admit what they did and apologize, but that was asking too much.By this time I had already started to come into the store since this could obviously not be handled over the phone, where the attitude from the only female worker in the store just made the hang up even more apparent.I just wanted to get my order fixed but everyone at the store continued to want to explain to me how I am an idiot who can't order pizza correctly. It took me pulling my phone out and showing them their broken system for them to finally admit that maybe there was an issue on their side and they can replace my pizza.The absurdity of this entire experience could have been avoided by simply listening instead of being insistent on telling the customer they are an idiot, especially when they are actually in this rare instance, right.

I used to be a regular at Marcos but recently my Order has been awful regardless of which location I went to. I even tried sw okc just to see. But it was no worth it.

Our delivery order was switched with a different order. We called and let them know and not only did they make it right but also gave us a credit. Our correct order was sent quickly and was hot and fresh. Great job

Very inexpensive pizza, and it's always hot and ready in no time at all. Good for buying in bulk for parties!

Use to be really good but something must have happened with management. I started having consistent bad experiences: long delivery times, incorrect orders, inability to get a refund, etc.The Pep. Magnifico is awesome, but I had to give up on this location.

Trying another lower end affordable pizza. Let's get down to business, shall we? Floppy undercarriage, doughy just too doughy almost raw. On the topic of dough it also tastes cheap and like it was prepared days ago. And in the topic of cheap the toppings taste and feel cheap. I doubt it's fresh. This stuff is like a step (and I mean a small step) above "LC". The cheese is pretty gross and always undercooked. The entirety of the pizza just seems undercooked. I'd recommend forking out an extra 10-15 bucks for a much higher quality pizza. Anything above 5 is edible. 5.7/10

If you order on their app check you price because they will over charge !!!! My order was $38 and their app charged me $56!!!! SHADY as a thief!!! I had to call them to get them to correct it!!!

Logan is such a Rockstar and the entire team consistently makes really delicious pizza!! The service is always great and I always feel as though my business is wanted. My household orders pizza from this location at least 1-2x a week and the team exceeds our expectations, every single time!! Logan deserves 5 star recognition because he always goes above and beyond to deliver great customer service and truly demonstrates quality leadership ! Thank you ! :)

I ordered through grub hub and specifically said do not leave on porch. It was left on porch at 5:16. We checked order status then saw it was on our porch...covered in ants (reason I said don't leave on porch) but they didn't ring the doorbell either so we had no idea it was there.

The new app for Marcos is horrible, if you hit the wrong button you have to start all over starting with logging back in to the app, it won't let you track your order any mire, just says an error has occurred. The store I use is always short handed which slows delivery to a crawl. The pizza is very good when you finally get it

I can only give one star because I didn't get to experience it. We ordered food online at around 5pm to be delivered at 6:30pm. Nothing at 6:30pm... 5 minutes later (so after the food should have been delivered) we got a call that there was a system issue and our order couldn't be processed. I understand issues happen, but why wait until the order was late before calling? We had a hungry family and had to try to find an emergency replacement and dinner was delayed by an hour. Based on this, I don't care how good the pizza may or may not be, if you don't get it and they don't even tell you for over 90 minutes, I won't order from there again.
