Came in for a simple gift for my Secret Santa and met Santa himself in Kelly Marcum! This had been a difficult year for me and my family and by the end of my visit I had the perfect gift for my coworker, Kelly had a beautiful Christmas tree in the back of my SUV, and me in tears realizing that there are still good, caring people in the world today. I have shared this story with my coworkers and I just wanted everyone to know that Christmas miracles do happen. Thank you so much for the gift of humanity! The Christmas spirit still is out there and I was never more in need of it.

They always have a great selection, decent prices and friendly staff. On a side note, thanks for having a backbone Monty. I guess the unhappy people with your stance can go enjoy the inflation on our economy. LGB :)

Always looking for places that sell indoor plants. And i feel like we found a great place just for indoor plants, big green house full of almost everything. In the very back they have a room of rare plants. Highly recommend. Only thing is that I wish they would clean the leaves atleast of the rare plants. They're full of calcium deposits.

Denise was excellent to work with from start to finish. She was kind and patient as we navigated a landscaping from several hours away. When we arrived the nursery staff was friendly and the selection was amazing! I would definitely recommend them.

This was one of the most humiliating experiences i have had! We went in to buy veggie plants and herb plants. My son noticed several flower heads in the trashcan. He said they would be great for a plant fertilizer, so he picked out a pot to buy and put some of them in it. He went to get the cart and we were going to see how much they would charge us.As he is going to get the cart i hear a woman on the radio saying someone was taking cuttings out of the trash and was leaving with them and the pot! ? When my son got back with the cart he asked the lady working near us if we could buy the dead flowers and she said to take it to the front, so we did. Then a guy stopped us on the way and took the pot off our cart and said very loudly, "I have to take this. We sell plants here, we don't allow people to take cuttings for free." Now mind you I have over $100 of plants on the cart still, and my son said, "Oh we weren't trying to propagate them, i was going to see if we could buy them to use for a ferment fertilizer." He was very rude, raised his voice even louder and said, "No, you could buy plants to do that with. We don't allow dumpster diving here." So i asked if we could just buy the pot, and he literally pulled it away from me to his side and said, "No!". I wasn't petty, I went ahead and checked out, butThis kind of behavior is NOT what we have seen from Marcum's Nursery employees before. We bought 11 fruit trees, mylch, fertilizers, etc. from the Goldsby location, veggie plants, and flowers and were treated very well.If buying dead flowers was not allowed the employee we asked should have known and told us when we asked. EVEN IF we were stealing something there should be more professional protocols in place. And the Goldsby location has big bins that they throw dead plants in and turn it to mulch, it doesn't go in a landfill!

Awful refund policy! I had bought two vines and they were dying. They were in the proper location, shade like it said! I read everything about the vines and they just was not doing too well so a month later after buying them I decided to return them! If I known I would never bought from here! I bought these vines 20 bucks apiece so total $40. They only gave me $18 back for both plants that's not even a half! I will not be back at Marcum's nursery, because every single time I had bought plants or vegetables from this place they do not produce, and they do not grow good! I want to change mine to 1 star but it won't let me!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at Marcum's Nursery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought an $84 shrub on 4/3/2023 from them and almost within a week it started dying. I've had this problem before from them with another purchase or two so I wisely (or so I thought) kept my receipt just in case. The people at the cash registers when you check out say they allow a 1 year guarantee on their plants, so surely less than a month would be honored. I pulled in this afternoon and went towards the back/side of the business (because I did NOT want to have other customers seeing my misfortune, because I actually thought these were honest people trying to make an honest living). I was greeted almost immediately by an older gentleman (clearly a manager or higher) that immediately started bending and breaking off pieces of the dying shrub (southern wax myrtle) and was asking "how can I help you?" I said well I'm returning this shrub I got from you guys because it's obviously not thriving. He asked if I had my receipt, I said yes and started pulling it out of my wallet. He then said, well let me take it to our greenhouses in the back (picks up the shrub and starts to walk away with it) I said, I just want my money back, I have the receipt. To which he replied, well I have to see if this one is under partial warranty. I said, I have the receipt right here; it says 4/3/2023. He then blows up. Says I'm not getting my money back. Says I'm not just going to do what YOU want. I said then put my shrub down, that's still my property. He puts it down and tells me to get the fuck off of his property * we're in the parking lot and others are now seeing this * I said are you really not going to refund me my money? He keeps pacing back and forth at me like he's going to charge or attack me at any moment. Yelling at me. Cussing at me. Kept saying I was being a "bully". I finally cracked, and I called him a cheap bastard. Obviously this guy was not a part-time employee. More than likely he was a manager if not owner. Finally, as I'm getting back in my truck he says, "be sure to tell your friends!" So I am! P.S. He also yelled that I was responsible for not watering it. I said, it's rained for an entire week!!! Lol

I went today and I got to say the staff there are just so nice they take there time to show you around and give you as much information as they can and if they don't know the answer they ask each other which I thought it was really nice I love it in most stores they rush and don't take the time you might need to understand about how to take good care of the product that you're buying I love this place I'll be back tomorrow to get the soil thank you @Marcus nursery

Beautiful selection of trees! And the best part of the experience is the customer service. All the employees were super helpful, friendly and they helped us load the tree on top of our car. Much better experience we had compared to Home Depot last year!

This is such an amazing place!Their selection is HUGE and the prices are very low compared to buying the same plants at specialty shops in OKC.I'm a succulent person, and they have the best collection of succulents I've seen in Oklahoma. All of their green houses are packed with variety and very well kept. However, because this place is so big (spanning multiple green houses and the brick store) it is a lot of walking. Make sure to wear comfy shoes.

Great customer service! A family member traveling through Oklahoma City stopped by and got a housewarming gift for us. When we opened it there was a missing piece. They called the nursery and let them know. We received the parts in a few days! Thank you so much from your new fans in TX! If we are ever near one of your stores, we will stop by!

You HAVE to experience this place. Truly my favorite plant nursery in the state so far, every single plant looked extremely well cared for and they're all thriving. Employees were super informative and all around just a great place to visit even if you aren't buying yet. Check it out!
