The customer service was really friendly, but the bathroom was awful. Trash bins were overflowing, toilet paper was all over the floor, and the stalls were dirty. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours, if not longer. This is not sanitary at all. I hope management sees this and takes it seriously, because no one should have to use a bathroom in that condition, especially in a place of business where cleanliness reflects on overall care.

I was on a road trip and needed to do a return from out of state and had no problems. The line was long but because the store was well-staffed the line was super-fast. Nice store with the largest clearance section I have ever seen.

What unpleasant service. What a messy store. I'll never come back, and the second person at the register today from the left to the right should learn how to serve customers. A simple question served to reveal her contempt for Hispanics. May life repay her for her mockery with health. Today they lost a customer who was going to buy several things. So I'm going to post it today on every social media platform I can. Thanks.

This store has great prices on name brand clothing. The quality of the clothes is amazing. It is a bit disorganized so you have to look around for great finds.

One of the messiest, disorganized stores I’ve been to. It’s clear they haven’t organized in weeks. Bathrooms were icky as well. :( I came in here to find something specific but there was no way for me to even know where to look because everything was everywhere. Sizes all mixed. Things just thrown and PILED up everywhere.

The store is a big mess, clothes and stuff on the floor, looks dirty and disorganized. It's sad because they have good items and prices but it's an unpleasant experience.
