I love shopping at Marshalls. This place always have top fashion clothes for a fraction of the price. Hair and beauty selection is always satisfying. One thing needed improvement is the checkout line. Other than that it is a perfect place to find great bargains.

All the closing staffs today are so unaccomodating and made me and my mom feel so uncomfortable. I know we had a last minute shopping but they should be respectful enough to customers to atleast smile and be polite. We asked one staff wearing pink shirt if we could leave our cart with shopping items and told her that we are coming back to pay for it and she said it's okay. We returned to the store like 30mins before closing only to know that they returned our items in the racks!!! It's 30 mins BEFORE CLOSING!!! So we went ahead and look for the items again!!! I couldn't even feel that they felt "sorry" for it. That took us another 20mins plus more to look for other items. My mom left her phone so we needed to asked them to open the door but they didn't let us in and that's okay. They were able to find the phone and handed it to my mom in a "RUDE WAY" and with a "MAD FACE"! I know it was a little hassle for them 'cause it was closing time, but I still believe that customers shouldn't be treated like that, especially my mom, so disrespectful! I am a regular customer in that store but it was my first time being treated rude like that!

I have been to several Marshall's stores but never one as filthy as this one. In the home good section the food items looked like they had just been tossed on the shelves. In the rug section some were laying on the floor and others just looked like they had been tossed on the shelves. Almost every aisle had things out of place.
The floor had debris all over it. Needless to say we walked out. Not a good representation of this company.

This place is filled with goodies that I wanted to buy. I was able to find some products but I was only there to just look around. I would say this place is good if you’re casually shopping around and are just needing some items. Overall a 5/5 star place.
