“Had them build me a mattress using all latex. 2 weeks ago it was delivered. It is everything I was looking for. Even though this was somewhat of a custom mattress, the price was competitive with the big box stores. I also purchased their mattress protector with the warm and cool side. I had my doubts about this but it actually does work. I should say the cool side works. I use to sweat a lot when I sleep, but not any more. I don't know how this works but it does keep the bed cool. These are really friendly folks and you can't go wrong doing business with them. Thanks Jim and Eric.”

“I had the cushions replaced in my Zero Gravity Perfect Chair. Lisa was extremely helpful and brought Jacob out front to help with recommendations based on my needs. Jacob knew exactly what to do to take the cushions up to the next level, beyond what my expectations were. I just picked up the completed and installed cushions today. I am completely thrilled with the results! The OEM replacement pads and cushion set from Human Touch are $999. Allied Foam superior foam cushions designed, cut and installed just over $200. This was a much better option than me attempting to measure, cut and install the foam myself. I also asked Lisa to show me all their custom mattresses while I was there and definitely will keep them in mind when it's time for a new mattress.”
“Best place to get a great mattress hands down.
You might be scared off by a higher price but the reality is the mattresses here are worth double what they're asking for them and are priced that way if you go down the street to somewhere like Mathis Bros or Bob Mills. We've bought 3 beds here and have loved every one. I had the first one for 15 years before I needed a new mattress and the primary reason for the change was simply that my sleep needs had change and I needed something firmer. If you're on the fence about switching to a latex bed...don't be. I have rheumatoid arthritis and changing to a latex was the first time I ever got a good night's sleep. I've tried a few other kinds and nothing beats these beds. I'll never buy another kind of mattress again.

“My daughter and son bought me a beautiful, new mattress with a pillow top. We made an appointment with Riley to check out mattresses at his warehouse. Riley arrived promptly at the appointed time, showed us our choices and explained the differences between all of the mattresses. He answered all of our questions patiently and did not rush us or pressure us to make a quick decision. We bought the top of the line mattress which I absolutely love! The same mattress elsewhere costs double or triple what we paid. We got a wonderful deal on the mattress, and Riley even included a free mattress cover! “Well the first time they got my couch wrong colour and then I told him I wanted to agree they tried to bring another one and it was the same one so they didn’t even remove it all the Truck they had me look at it so I went to the store and I purchased at the store the one I wanted I’m still waiting on them to respond so they could bring me the grey La-Z-Boy couch that is manual Reclining, we’ll see what happens from here. They’ve been very cooperative and nice. Also paid a lot of money and nothing yet!!! I bought this at the outlet the people inside were very kind and not pushy”

“Incredible service! We bought a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from them. The price was very fair and the delivery fee was also low. The washer we bought was making terrible noises and was rattling around so we called and they switched out the washer within 24 hours of our complaint and even upgraded us to a nicer washer. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Great place to get quality second hand appliances. The people who work there are also incredibly kind and genuinely care about the satisfaction of their costumers.”

“Went looking for a replacement La-z-boy recliner. We found one that could of been the cousin to the one we lost. Joyce showed us all about it and the tag said it was scratched but we couldn’t find any. Pick up was great, they wrapped it up for us and we were on our way. Thirty minutes for the whole transaction.”
