He gave us three options to choose from which we were able to try out and pick our favorite. There was no high pressure sales at all. He simply texted us the info on our 2 favorites. He gave us purchase options as well. We researched at home and came back in a couple weeks. He remembered us and was very professional and quick about getting our order processed. It was overall a great experience. Matress firm has a good selection and Jeff was wonderful to work with.”

The installer, Mike, was courteous, professional and got everything installed, shimmed and tested in less than 2 hours. He left the jobsite cleaner than when he arrived and hauled the old units off. “I had the cushions replaced in my Zero Gravity Perfect Chair. Lisa was extremely helpful and brought Jacob out front to help with recommendations based on my needs. Jacob knew exactly what to do to take the cushions up to the next level, beyond what my expectations were. I just picked up the completed and installed cushions today. I am completely thrilled with the results! The OEM replacement pads and cushion set from Human Touch are $999. Allied Foam superior foam cushions designed, cut and installed just over $200. This was a much better option than me attempting to measure, cut and install the foam myself. I also asked Lisa to show me all their custom mattresses while I was there and definitely will keep them in mind when it's time for a new mattress.”

“From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of. So often you walk into a furniture store and you feel crowded by the associates. Not at Galleria Furniture! We spent a good 20 minutes in the entrance sitting on one sectional before we were approached - and it was at exactly the right time. We had the opportunity to work with Paul and let me tell you, it was an absolute joy working with Paul. He listened to everything we wanted, answered every question we had, and included both my husband and I in all conversations. We never felt pressured to buy and he shared honest opinions about certain pieces we were interested in. At the end of our time, we purchased a sectional and chose to have their guys set everything up for us. The customer service did not stop at the store. The gentlemen who set up our sectional were friendly and efficient. They were exactly on time at the beginning of the delivery window (what!?)! The price of the sectional + the delivery + set-up + warranty was all very reasonable. We are so pleased with our experience from start to finish.”

The washer we bought was making terrible noises and was rattling around so we called and they switched out the washer within 24 hours of our complaint and even upgraded us to a nicer washer. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Great place to get quality second hand appliances. The people who work there are also incredibly kind and genuinely care about the satisfaction of their costumers.”
