Caleb listened to us and our needs.Being appliances seem to go out at the same time, we did some pre-shopping for the future. Caleb guided us through the store and when we wanted to look alone, he gave us space. As we were leaving another salesman approached who had sleazy sales tactics and a political agenda to push, we were not at all impressed by him. Ultimately, we left grateful that we were able to work with Caleb and with the purchase we made. Caleb guided us without an agenda and we will be working with him in the future.”

“When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2019 our GC took us to Ferguson to choose our fixtures. That experience was fantastic, we were shown only items that fit within our budget and when we needed to compromise on some items due to cost we weren't made to feel like we weren't worth their time.Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to Loretta who took my info and said she'd look into it.Due to Loretta's help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!”

“Unlike Lowe’s, they rule! The stuff here isn’t too expensive and is very nice. The price of a good watch would probably go up if it were a watch with the price tag on the price of it and not a lot more than a watch with the value it would give to the price point for the price of an old one or the watch itself would go down in price if the value of a watch was high or the value was low or something else like the value is low and you don’t have a problem getting it back on sale at a reasonable cost for the watch is worth the for the value is not money’s value but it’s a bit high quality and it’s a good price for a watch is worth more than a watch that has!”
