I’ve not gotten home to try my food yet. Just wanted to say the ginger kid working curbside tonight is doing a really good job.

The best deli food in the area. Employees are nice. Had a girl with pinkish hair and a younger kid with red hair help me. And they were pretty nice and served food quickly :)Dietary restrictions: A lot of healthy foods that taste delicious. Low carb options aswell.Kid-friendliness: They have $1 kids meals and they have colors pages with crayons, they can be out of the coloring pages sometimes though. But if your nice an employee will give you some blank receipt paper for your kid to draw onWheelchair accessibility: There’s ramps to help you get up the curb. The employees will help you with the door and the tables can have chairs moved to sit at

The Cuban was served without pickles because they were "out." I didn't know this until it was prepared. They didn't apologize or offer a replacement. The potato soup was lukewarm and runny, although they provided more cheddar when I asked. The tea was wonderful and service was speedy.

I went into the Memorial location. I’m not one to leave reviews usually, but I work in food service and felt management should know of my experience. The team members were all so kind and welcoming. I already knew I loved the tortilla soup, but I’ll come to this location from now on. Helpful, friendly, and deserving of a raise (or maybe some free cookies)

Had a big to order and was missing a couple items and mistake on order. If u know kids and the tantrums, something us parent don't want to deal with when they don't get their food. Overall taste of food was ok, kinda bland for my taste. Been hearing good things about their reuben was finally able to try it but no thousand island dressing. Very disappointed, didn't even eat the sandwich after the 1st bite. I did call to tell them the issue. They just wrote my name down and partially wrote what I was missing on my order (was being rushed off the phone) I went back to get the remake and the manager was so nice and replaced my missing or bad items. He did question me for a second because all the items weren't written down that I was missing (only one thing written down). But he made it right.

The McAlister's on 63rd is the one I want to review I hope I have it right. I went there on Friday. It's a soup/sandwich place and they do a good job of that. I wanted to review the staff. They're wonderful, I had a minor problem and they immediately wanted to fix it. No hysterics no fuss just fixed the problem politely and efficiently. I was really impressed.

The food is always great and the staff truly goes above and beyond. I ordered delivery, which was sent out to a third party. Not a problem. Then I realized the app had glitched and left parts of my order out. When I called the store, they made it right with no hesitation and a happy attitude. We love McAlister's!
