This Mackey d's is operated by the absolute rudest ppl I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I think the windows are run by some hispanic gang bc they have a lot of gang associated tattoos. So that's awkward.

I came inside this McDonald’s this evening at 7:39 PM I walk in to give them my order and one of the workers came out from behind the counter and was wanting me to use the kiosk you know and he was pushing the buttons I told him that I wanted to quarter pounder with cheese meal with no onions. I waited waited. I paid $18.59 something like that I walk out I drive 20 minutes 15 minutes maybe to my house to bite into a sandwich that is a deluxe combo. Both of them are so I had to drive all the way back over here And I can go in and the manager tells me that she cannot change my order and I said I did not order the food he did it for me. It’s the wrong order she argued with me. She said I make you I made sandwiches twice that’s not my problem I didn’t order it and I want to refund for the difference will because of her poor attitude and poor customer service skills . I didn’t even want the darn sandwiches anymore. I want all of my money back she told me she could not do that. Her name is Maria that’s the name she gave me anyway and so I spent another 20 minutes inside talking to her. I should’ve had to convince her that I got the wrong order. I gave her my receipt and I told her what I ordered. The kid told her yes he ordered the food for me. I will never come here again I’m calling corporate office soon as I can find the number for this location on 39th in Portland.

Now THIS is an interesting McDonalds, what was once a second thought added to a mediocre Valero gas station has been granted a chance to stretch its legs out and expand. So much so that it has taken over the entire building now! there are some not often seen corner based service windows in the drive through which may catch some visitors off guard, but youll get the hang of it quickly if you pay attention. food is typical of a higher end mcdonalds, fresh fast and correct.

In my opinion McDonald's just isn't the same anymore. The food always taste like the grills have not been cleaned in sometime. The quality just isn't there anymore.
