Ordered a medium caramel frappe with extra caramel only. Had to repeat my order twice. Paid then went to the second window where Salvador instructed me to pull to the next window for my order. Waited 15 minutes... pulled around to the drive thru and the person taking my order didn't know who the manager was or who was even working that pulled me forward. I parked and walked inside to ask for the manager... no apology, just "if I knew, you wouldn't have waited this long. " that was stated by the manager Deya as I asked her to write that on my refund receipt, because apparently you are not able to do a refund and receive the order you paid and waited for. It's very disturbing to have people in positions that are incapable of customer service and satisfaction. I definitely understand policy but as a courtesy for the incompetent behavior... there should have been compensation and an apology. If I could give 0 stars... it would be negative! There were zero cars ahead of me and zero behind me. No excuses.
