You have to be a really upset individual if you're angry enough to write a review for a place such as McDonalds, but here I am. Twice now at this location I was begged for money by the person at the window, as if he were some homeless dragged in for the job. Turns out he's not even an employee, as he told me. I asked him, "Don't you make money here?" "I don't work here, I work for my uncle." So someone is working at this location that isn't even getting paid and is begging for money at the window. Get rid of them. Get rid of them all.

Cheeseburger is so thin... it m8ght be thinner than cardboard. Fries are still amazing. Service in drive-thru was good and polite.

Only open for drive through. If you go inside the employees will stare at you and not tell you.

We have ordered from this McDonald’s several times through their app, and every single time it has been messed up. Typically forgetting food or drinks, but also having a completely different order in the bag - even from the receipt stuck on the bag. When you complain to McDonalds they say to complain to the delivery service, but it is clearly McDonald's problem since they are missing food/wrong food in the SEALED bag!!!!!! We lose money to this McDonald’s every single time we visit!

New update 1/28/24:We only order fron this location because it is the closest to our house. We tried to place another big order for our family with 3 kiddos and this location got everything so wrong. We were missing FIVE hash browns from our delivery order and of course we got charged for everything. The bag arrives completely sealed up so it's not the driver's fault.The fact that the franchise owner never responds to or acknowledges these complaints is pretty bad. The fact that they keep charging for products we don't receive is worse. Please make it right!!!!-------------Update November 2023:Horrible mobile ordering experiences at this location. We've tried multiple times through the mcD's nutz app and they get it right 60% of the time. And they have forgotten the drinks almost every time. It's the closest location to our house so we feel stuck with a restaurant that can't run it's ordering system.---------------Prior experiences (2022-2023):Clean restaurant but every time I come here they NEVER deliver food to the table using the kiosk table tent/number system. Five times in a row and counting without doing it. Now, I can certainly go up and get my own order but they need to do away with a system they offer customers but NEVER adhere to.

Ordered a cup of oatmeal for my daughter to eat on the way to school. It was ice cold. The friendliness of the young lady at the drive/thru window was the same temperature as the oatmeal. No “thank you” … just handed me the bag and shut the window.

The worst McDonald's ever!!! Bunch of rude employees working drive through, they never get your order correct.What's going on? Management try a little harder! I know hiring is tough but man. 0 stars if possible

Consistently poor service and long wait times. Avoid this location.
