“If you’re a difficult stick, ask for Mandana. This was my second visit because others stuck me 3 times and couldn’t get it (no, I wasn’t dehydrated. It’s a genetic vein issue). Mandana was very kind, gentle, and precise. It’s rare that bloodwork is an easy process for me, but today it was!”

“Pricing is competitive and I can't say enough nice things about the service that I received. Lee is both professional and personable, she really helped me navigate this process and feel comfortable throughout it. If you require multiple tests over a period of time and pass the first couple (I forget the exact number), the pricing goes down on subsequent tests as well!

“Ok so this is the second DLO site I have visited this week. This location is pretty easy to find and there’s signage for DLO in the parking lot.
The facility is on the second floor and as soon as you exit the elevator, you’re met with more helpful signage.
I almost walked into the wrong door but they have a sign on that door directing you to the correct door! So that’s a nice touch!
Wait time was projected at about 15 minutes but I believe they beat that by about 5 minutes!!”
“Super friendly and helpful. I used to do this for a living and people get you down. They come in and act ugly wanting you to break rules or blame you for their issues. I hated it. But you would never know the stress these people are under. She was so sweet and smiley! I was in and out. Didn’t sit long enough to warm my chair before she called me back. Good place.”

“These girls at the front are so nice and professional. I couldn't believe I flushed and she told me not to while I took my drug test. Argh!!! And she was so nice and said just drink some water. You can come sit out in the lobby and let me put a movie on for you. I highly recommend this place ?”
