“180 has been my medical supplier for several years. When first diagnosed, I was assigned a particular medical supplier because of my insurance. There was no choice but this company. That company's unreliability and spotty service added to the angst and uncertainty of my diagnosis. When there was a problem ( which was just about EVERY shipment) I never got the same story twice. Thank goodness I finally got to switch to 180 when I changed insurance! When one needs medical supplies in order to live a "normal" life, free from pain, reliability and trust from your supplier are what makes the grade. 180 helped me with insurance, sent me what I needed, made adjustments in my favor and suggested helpful work-arounds. They reassured me during the pandemic. They were polite and helpful on every call. They are kind. And they are RELIABLE. I am grateful to have 180 in my corner.”

“I purchased my original Phillips Respironics DreamStation Auto BiPAP with a different healthcare provider. Then came the big recall I sent mine into Phillips Respironics the one I received back was the the same one I sent in. I started having problems sending my Data to my medical team. The company I purchased my original one refused to do anything about it. I was told about Carter Healthcare in OKC, I called them and was told to bring my in and see what they could do about it. They tried a few a few things that didn’t fix the problem and said they were sending it back to Phillips Respironics and in the meantime they provided me a loaner until Phillips Respironics returned repaired or set me a replacement. I did receive a replacement a am using it. Carter Helthcare did a fantastic job getting me up and running with the replacement cancelled getting my supplies with company X and am getting my BiPap with Carter Healthcare. They did a fantastic job in working with Phillips Respironics. Thank you Carter Healthcare for stepping up.”
