If I could give them a zero stars, I would. Their units leak. Every screw in the roof (which there are many) leaks water and light onto your things. All of my antique furniture is ruined. Everything has to be refinished and reupholstered. They transposed numbers on my new account, so billed the wrong bank account and the payment was sent back. They didn’t call me, but cut my lock and locked me out of my unit. I had to buy a new $30 lock even though it was their mistake. They will not handle any issues like listed above either. If you use this storage unit-good luck!
