We had a horrible experience here and we will not be coming back! We booked an appointment for our wedding and we were rudely greeted by all of the staff and was told we would be waiting for a long time no problem as we had the whole day free. Then the employees present were complaining about the amount of customers they had in the store loudly and in front of everyone. We told them the tux we liked and wanted to try on with the custom tie we bought then was told we needed to pick a different suit all together as it didn't go with our wedding colors and that we needed to get a whole different tie from them as well after declining and still asking to try on the original suit picked out they walked away and didn't come back for over 5 minutes so at that point we had enough of the rudeness and judgemental comments from the employees so we left

I am so mad at myself for going back to this location. We have been to it many times and every time we have the same experience. We went in recently for my son’s prom. When we told them what suit he was looking for, we were immediately told it was not available for rent and that we would have to purchase it. This was yelled at us across the store by the same woman who has been responsible for our bad experiences in the past. I should have just walked out, but my son was set on this suit.An older gentleman (who was no gentleman) rushed us through the process. He was rude, condescending, and did not listen to my son and what he wanted. He ran over both of us and, SURPRISE OF ALL SURPRISES, my son just tried the suit on and is not happy with the length. He tried so hard to tell them what he wanted. I tried to make sure they understood. But they continued to just tell us they knew what they were doing and what all the “young folks” like these days.When we went in to pick it up, the same older woman, I believe her name is Colleen, was there, ready to be rude and condescending again. She has no business working in retail and I am so disappointed to see how many people have complained specifically about her and yet she is still there. We have gone in several times over the past 5-7 years and every time we are met with her unpleasant behavior.I have three sons and a husband. I’m done with this location and honestly with Men’s Warehouse. We will find another place that wants to serve our needs in this area and treats us with common decency and respect.I’m not even sure I’m going to try to complain about the length of my son’s pants. I don’t see how it would make any difference or be of any benefit to me. Just a stressful process that will only solidify my opinion. I’m just going to count the loss and go somewhere that wants to do a good job and be kind to humans.Men’s Warehouse continues to post on these bad reviews that they care. Not enough.

The only thing that prevented me from giving you a five-star is that I was told because the pants size was not available for my grandson that it would be shipped to me but I didn't get any information on the shipping tracking or expectation when it'll be here

I came into this establishment with my husband and child straight from work and was treated as if we didn’t belong there just because of how we were dressed (mind you my husband is in construction) the lady at the front with some type of foreign accent snarked at us and said she didn’t think a shirt that my husband was looking at would fit we just decided to leave and look else where we will definitely never return to this establishment.

I came in to try on button ups, and they were very rude and wouldn’t let me try on more than one because they didn’t want to U.N. pin it. Do not recommend.

Whenever a big function or party happens, I go here. Everyone working here is very professional and helpful. They greet you at the door. I needed help folding my handkerchiefs to place in my tuxedo coat. The gentleman working stated they show us how to do that and more when we get started. I love their selection and helping me color coordinate my selections.

We had a great experience because of the best customer service provided by Sonya, their associate. She was very kind and helpful, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to help my son find what he needed. She even ironed the pants as he had to rush to his friend's wedding from the store. Thank you, Sonya!

This is the men's warehouse we go to every time we need anything. My husband has gotten a suit, several shirts and slacks, jackets for various functions and even rented a tux out of this location. Every time we have been helped the staff has been amazing and super super helpful. We have been to others in the OKC area as well as other states and this one is our favorite because the staff are all just fantastic.

The folks at this location couldnt be better. They are some of the most helpful people you will meet. Ive shopped this location several times from renting a tux to tailoring and general clothing for multiple occasions. I could recommend strongly enough.

We rented all of the suits for our bridal party from this store. We picked up our suits three days before our wedding. Our ring bearers suits were missing and so was a pair of out groomsman's shoes. Luckily they were able to get the suits in two days before the wedding and the shoes the day before. Also the cufflinks (we paid extra to rent) did not fit the suit jacket.Overall the convenience factor of a Men's Wearhouse is nice, bridal party were able to get measured at their nearest store and have them picked up all at the same location. The service is adequate, although they did become a bit abrasive when in confrontation about our missing items so close to the wedding date. The suits all matched in color and everyone's fit nicely, and the quality was decent.

I got my measurements at this location recently and the groom for the wedding I'm attending asked me for the vest size afterward so I called. I figured it would be a simple request but apparently not. The lady that answered the phone refused to give me my measurements, saying that since I got a rental that the suit and vest are adjustable.I'm not sure how any of that is relevant since they supposedly measured me, but whatever. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because when I showed up originally to get measured, I had a fairly good experience. After the phone call though, I'm not sure I want to go back.Edit: You know what? I'm changing this to one star based off of my interaction with the lady one the phone (beginning to suspect it was that Colleen lady). I called the hotline listed in other one star reviews here and they not only were extremely helpful, but I got the vest size I needed without the runaround.Whoever is in charge of this location needs to take a look at their staff to figure out why they think it's okay to be rude to customers. I'll give infinite slack to people working retail and food service because of how they get treated, but when you come straight of the gate like she did, interrupting and talking down to customers, something needs to be done.

Ben and I think I overheard Sonia. Can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful these two were. Read the reviews about how rude the staff were so I was extremely apprehensive about shopping here. But I'm glad I went against the grain. It was a very pleasant experience. Clothes shopping is uncomfortable enough, and these two made sure to make us feel welcome and taken care of. If there was a ten star option I would've selected it.

Busy store, and yet plenty of customer service who helped us efficiently and came right over after we’d browsed a couple minutes. Measured, recommend pieces, open to ideas, and knew where everything was. In and out in under 20 minutes for exactly what we needed, no more, no less. Thanks!! Was surprised by smaller selection of colored shirts, but we got what we needed!

Renting suits for a wedding from here has been a nightmare and the most frustrating part of the entire wedding planning process. We have party members in other states and multiple cities so we thought going with men’s wearhouse would be easiest. WRONG! The initial process of getting fitted and picking out tuxes went great. I was told that I just had to put down a deposit and I could come in next month and pay for ALL the suits (this is 3 months out from the date), cool paid what was required moved on. WRONG AGAIN. Come to find out after getting a call from a groomsmen that they require each to be paid for when party members get fitted or put down an additional deposit. That’s fine JUST TELL ME THAT UP FRONT. Went in and paid for the rest and sent out refunds to the party members who paid. I was also told that everyone in the party needed to be fitted a month and a half before would be best, cool. WRONG AGAIN. My nephew went in to be fitted for his ring bearer suit and was told he’d have to come in closer to the wedding because he could grown within the next two months. Makes sense, JUST TELL METHAT UP FRONT! Lastly I was told that I could have all the suits sent to this store and I could pick them up. WRONG! My father was told the he and only he could pick up the suit and some of the suits were going to random stores. I called and talked to a worker about all the inconsistencies and he told me that “each person is different and say different things”. So beware that either the workers here don’t know and are telling you wrong or they intentionally withhold information to get your business. I’m not looking forward to what new surprises they hit me with between now and when I come to pick up the suits.
