The service I got was horrible and they trick me they said they were helping me with account they never did help every time I would go I would get bad service . Not good customer service . They took advantage off me and I rather go to the other store off MacArthur since I never get help here and they never applied my Acp to my account and they never did it now I can’t get it anymore . I’m an elderly women and they took advantage of me and were just trying to make a sale and not help or explain anything to me.

They lie over the phone to get you in this location then try and charge more than the average location call them then call around and compare. See if I'm lying?????!?!?

Dude they changed my plan it was 4 lines for 120 they made it to 186 for no reason. Had to call the customer care and bring the plan to 120

Wow extremely ghetto...went today to buy a phone from this location and the girl helping me ask me how much I want to spend on a phone and I said give or take about 100 (I don't care about the newish phones) first red flag should of made me leave was that she laughed. All the phones show two prices the retail price and the upgrade price if you are already a customer you get the upgrade price. So I see a 49.99 phone and she tells me it will 140 dollars plus tax. I said how did a 49.99 cost that much? She said taxes. Soooooo taxes are 100 dollars? She said all the prices we see on all the phones are not right? She said she was not at work when all the prices changed, ok so why didn't they change the prices by the phones? She could not explain to me all the fees that are included. Her coworker also told me if we didn't like the prices we can order online..it's all kinds of unsavory in that store. We went to another location and they were very helpful an they were super educated on everything and explained it all I was more than happy to spend my money at the other store. This 23rd st location needs to be taught customer service and how to be explain things and maybe the prices and not how to seem so scammy. Also the amount of trash around the store is disgusting. Take some pride in the business
