Went in Saturday had the biggest problem ever the representative wasn't helpful didn't seem to care jumped to the conclusion my phone was not working because of my supposed bill being due NOT TRUE didn't bother to try to trouble shoot my device. Just no care for a customer. I was extremely overwhelmed and frustrated and no sense of empathy with the problem. I walked out the store in the same messed up situation I arrived in had to go to store on the other side of 29th and Araceli went above and beyond to FIX my problem. Something I wish could have happened on my visit to this store. I'm sure they provide great customer service but today for me this was the worst. Sorry
