This store I thought was decent until I tried to login on my phone 3 weeks after I got it to pay my bill and when I did everything was changed my pin is not the same my security question answer is not the same it wouldn't have been any of my answers and then they told me when I called the 1-800 number that the ZIP code wasn't right when I've had the same zip code for freaking 10 years I don't understand why they did that why they changed it all is the same thing on my ID I think if you're illiterate you shouldn't be having a job like that you we should type in our own stuff

Horrible, experience with the Southside metro pcs on 29th and western. So, I take my phone and tell them it hasn't been working. They check it, agree to order me a new one. I go back up there to pick the phone up and they take mine. I tell them the screen is completely black. Won't come on. (Zte max pro) the navigation buttons obviously light up. So they CLAIM to tell me they can't give me the new phone due to water damage. Keep in mind, at the other store on 29 (penn) who have wonderful people working there said There was no water damage. Which there wasn't. Only had the phone for 2 weeks. So, not only am I getting jacked of 200 something dollars, im also being accused of peeling off whatever red label in the phone that shows proof of water damage. While there, one of the employees whom is think was the manager , had her daughter there, interrupting my conversation while yelling at her from across the room playing on the display phones. She also continued to speak in Spanish around me, about me knowing i only spoke English. As did she. I found that very disrespectful. ANYWAY I took the phone to a phone repair shop to see if it was possible to retrieve my pictures from it. Drop it off come back later, and guess what??? THEY FIXED IT. NO WATER DAMAGE. Like I told them.

Customer service was good. I would give a 5 star but she changed my plan from the $30 to the $60 without telling me but I noticed & changed it back the next day. I went in to get a different phone & she gave me a great deal!
