Do NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT REAL METRO SERVICE, the " Manager" sold me a phone that was used and defective, he turned it and it started flickering this yellow rotten teeth mf actually told me this was normal for an almost 200$ phone.- I went to metro far away from him and they told me the phone was returned and was supposed to be recycled when he sold me a 32$ case that did not fit the phone. He is crazy, probably on meth stay away from this store, you can not trust a man with stank breath. His hi hit me before he shook my hand!- 232$ of complete trash. Don't trust this store. Also I looked up the phones worth its 11$ He's like 50 years old taking advantage of a 23 year old. Please get a tooth brush ,a hobby and some sense sir, I hope you use that money you stole from me for rehab.

Went in on Saturday to restart service was told because it had been longer than 60 days I would have to get new Sim card. This was no problem also pay activation fee and first month phone bill. Again not a problem was looking to pay this but was told my activation fee had been waived. Paid my total phone had service with new number. Sunday morning my phone is off due to phone bill being due. Went to the store to see what was going on and was advised that the person helping me advised me wrong and I would have to pay my bill. Poor management......
