The ladies here are absolutely great. They are kind, professional, honest and very helpful. They take time to help each customer that comes through the door with the best customer service. I live in Moore but I drive to this location because it is worth it. You ladies are awesome.

I went into the store today. A lady name Ammy helped me she did an outstanding job in getting what I needed at a reasonable price I'm very very happy with her customer service skills. Ammy needs to have a pay raise . Thank you Ammy for ur help

Really bad customer service. Trying to buy a new phone and it took them more than an hour to active the new phone. Lack of customer service and the employees that they hire are people with no experience and kindness. There are two new girls that don’t pay attention and are not organized with the clients. Really upset

The best service, I was in several stores and they did not solve my problem until I arrived at this store and everything was fixed apart from the beautiful girls who treated me, very intelligent. Thank you

Pessimistic customer service, they did not want to receive a payment from me because it was time to close, it should be noted that they close at 8 and it was 7:30. Things like that make one prefer other companies.

I cannot even actually believe the way I was just treated in this store. I have been with metro pcs for 10+ years and will be leaving today, forever, thanks to DANIELLA and her little friend. It’s actually unfathomable that they treat paying customers this way. I mean literally and actually unbelievable.
