These people aren't helpful at all and have no customer service skills. Recommend getting a phone elsewhere. My screen was broken and I have insurance still they insisted I have to pay full price for a new phone. Went to another company got a better phone for practilly free.

OMG, what a horrible day, I went their for my niece to get a new plan. I have been with MetroPCS for 8 years with 4 lones. But this store is extremely horrible. First, I dealt with a lady associate. and I had a call from work. I was busy on the phone. And I let my niece (she is new here) to deal with associate. I thought it was going okay. When we reached home, I got a text msg from MetroPCS (we are on the same plan), and then I was shocked. She robbed my niece. I explained that stupid associate, my niece is student, and she can't afford an expensive plan that's why she just wants to get $25 plan but she sold $70 plan and one device total $277 (paid $280 she didn't return $3) with insurance and another strange things are she did not return her change cash, no invoice. (It looks like she did not ring the cash and put it in her pocket) If she is not the owner, the owner can check the camera on June 24th, Monday, around 5:30. New customers!! You must be very careful with this store. But the good thing is that corporate corrected it, and my niece got the same deal she wanted.

I went to this location with my elderly father to advocate for him because a week prior Alexia sold him 2 lines when all he wanted to do was replace his old phone and keep his same number. Alexia didn’t like that I kept asking her questions and questioning the fact of why she sold him an extra line instead of just replacing his old phone and keeping the same number. She then said I’m getting aggressive and wanted me to leave because she didn’t like me questioning her. I never said anything that was in the nature to become aggressive. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she was the manager, I surly hope she’s not especially if that how she treats customers. I would never recommend anyone of color to visit this establishment. They continue to try and push extra lines on people and increase their phone bills.

Went to get the free glasses from my T-Mobile app. The guys behind the counter told my wife that to get the free app item, she had to go into Google and give them a good review. Then he watched her make the review before he’d give her the glasses. So here’s the real review: this place stinks. It’s dirty. And I feel like they’re scamming people for good reviews.
