I just went to Metro PCS at 3548 NW 23rd st. The two amazing young Lady's that assisted me went above any level of customer service I have ever experienced at a phone company. I appreciate both Samia and Jeannie. I will keep my business at this location for good.

Got here at 11:50 am, they are closed. No sign, no explanation. I’m assuming for lunch but it doesn’t say anything. It’s a Tuesday in the middle of the day. I had to leave work, on MY lunch break that is now ruined because no where do you list in your hours that you close at 11:50. Trash customer service. Oh, and P.S… I was coming in to buy a brand new iPhone. ??Thank God the metro on 10th street is truthful on their website, and I’m walking out with my brand new phone… but that $ could’ve went to y’all lol. Sucks to suck!

Update: Jenny was terrible and AWFUL, RUDE staff!!! Yall seriously need to check your employees. They need to be trained better as well. I think there's one girl that knows what she's doing, but I haven't seen her in a while. Unless you have a lot of patience, I DO NOT recommend going to this store.

My visit there was frustrating. I walked in to replace a phone on my account .They could not answer any of the questions I had about the tablets they were promoting and "giving" me for free. They insisted on me paying my next months bill in order to get one tablet. I paid that then for the phone and the other tablet I paid 240.99. they sent me a text message for the monthly payment and another for s78. I needed an actual receipt for the 240.99 for taxes. The receipt she finally produced was useless because half did not print. The whole process took over 2 hrs and I ran out of time to pursue the receipt. When I looked later she had changed my service completely without informing me she was doing so. I had to call customer service to get my account back with hotspot and Amazon prime. The phone customer service gave me the run around about the receipt. I went back the next morning and spoke with the manager to obtain a receipt. She said the 78 dollars they texted about was for activation and first month service....I already paid for service for that phone when I paid my monthly bill there before I finished buying the phone. She could not provide a receipt because that was yesterday. All around shady business. IAfter all this I still don't have a receipt for my taxes.Also the tablets were not free they cost me 15 each a month for internet access which I was not informed about.

Went in to pay a bill and the sales person was Trying to get me To buy a phone that I did not want. All I went in for was to pay a bill. Very rude sales

I came to the store to have my phone upgraded and they offered me a 5G phone but the phone isn't working right. I called the next day but they said they can't do anything because it's an upgrade phone. The phone is not good, the moment that you put the phone near your ear the other person can't hear you at all. I brought my receipt and everything but they said they can't do anything at all. Please save your money and don't buy the Revl 5G Brand.
