From a smaller town, stopped by this Metro to get the phone I wanted for my second line, got charged more than the first line. They phrased it that it was normal and like they were giving me two phone cases and a gift cup. They are sneaky and the two girls were speaking Spanish to each other while porting my number over. I like MetroPCS but go to a different location. These girls are scammers. I live over an hour away so it doesn’t make sense for me to go back and get a refund but I called customer service they help even out some of the costs. These girls should be fired, makes me want to never buy from someone speaking Spanish to someone else while helping me because they were pulling it over on me.

Thieves liars mixed with horrible service. They charge 25$ to switch you Sim card they don't tell you that till you see the receipt, FYI this is a free service metro offers through the call center. Since they call the Sim card fee a upgrade even though you pay full price for the phone, guess what no returns on upgraded phones hidden fees and hidden policy on the receipts such as no refunds for upgraded services and phones this seems illegal should you notify people of no refunds before they buy. SEEN OVER 3 HORRIBLE reviews with Eldwin as the source of complaints they person who didn't help me was Eldwin

Oh they messed up my whole entire account I hate this place and I will never return Metro I love but this location horrible I will never come back horrible customer service not enough communication or education on product services in bad situations they can't fix stuff it's just a waste of time all the way around I will not return

I went to this store to attain my own phone line separate from a former spouse that I was on a plan with. This lady Eldin working the evening shift was rude unprofessional and very disrespectful in response to my situation and informed me that the cheapest plan she had for me was $130. I went to the store on S.E 44th St and was treated by Angel as if I was family. He kept me with my old plan updated my data and was very helpful and accommodating.Do not go to this store because this young lady tried to overcharge me and was extremely rude. Please report her unprofessional attitude this is ridiculous for anyone to have to put up with and it's not worth it.

Very professional although when I had to follow up they would not answer the phone. Also the port situation is a nightmare. I wouldn't do it again unless I had to.

This is the absolute worse store with the most disgusting example of customer service from the so called manager Edlin and Caro, a phone company that don't have a working phone and try to call customer s from private numbers, how smart when Metro blocks scam calls and then treat you you horrible because of it, I have never been so upset and humiliated in my life. I am cancelling my service. I wonder how the CEO Roger Linquist would feel about how his customers are being treated and how his employees act

Horrible! The phone does not work even though myself and customer service checked the coverage map and i am suppose to be in a great area for coverage. The hotspot barely works. I cant even push 1 mbps download speed or upload speed even though i am well within my 15 g of " highspeed data". My phone calls contantly drop and most of the time i have no service. I pay for Metro Pcs by T-Mobile highest package and let me tell you it is not worth it. I have called customer service 10 times and still nothing has been done. I will never recommend this service to anyone.*****So as you can see i got a response from someone within a day on my google review. I tried to respond to the email provided and the email wouldn't go through. They email i kept getting back from google was that the email i attempted to contact was not allowed to go through because any incoming mail to that email was blocked by the servers. So that email was giving to me via response to my google review knowing that my email would never be received. I wish they would let put the screen shot on here. I am beyond mad. Do not get metro by t-mobile. They are horrible! Absolutely the worst service i have ever had!!!!
