Went in yesterday to pay my bill and look for a new phone first off they never have change then the lil girl with braces doesn't understand no means I don't want internet.then proceed to tell me about her love life I don't care!then a guy from another store comes in and says he can give me a deal on another phone but that store is out of that phone so I'll have to go get it at another store ten miles away .I asked can you bring it back and I'll leave my number he said sure it'll be about an hour ok I'll be around the corner.five hours later I go to the store off of i240 and Penn in out same phone ten minutes I'll never go back to 7801 south western.even though it's five minutes from my house .I'll go to 240 and Penn fifteen minutes from my house I also read all the horrible interaction people have had at this location and all the management can do is apologize and it still gets worse sounds like they need to just shut that location down or stop hiring kids

Worst customer service experience and you could not pay me enough to go to back into this store. They lied to me just to charge me more money to get their commissions. They are rude and would not help me to get the new phone they just sold me working so they could do the test call and instead said it was not her problem. Save yourself from this terrible experience as well as the time and money and go to a different location. The one one 74th street (i240 and Penn) has much better customer service. I will never make the mistake of going to this location because it’s closer to me again. And you should not either.

Worst customer service ever. The girl in the store is rude and a liar. I will never go into this store again. And it was so bad I maybe switching from Metro PCs to a new phone service provider. This store and the girl working are the worst I’ve ever seen!!!

On my visit they had only one employee working so it was a bit of a wait.Angel was doing his best to care of us and offered discounts for the wait time.

Love Catina Wright she helped us step by step on hooking our internet cords and helped us get fast internet if I was manager I would be happy to see what she will become like future manager for her store

Left work early to try to get here on time before they close. I got here at 7pm..... They close at 8pm. The lights are on and there is a boy in there sleeping in a chair..... But the door is locked. Very professional. I had intentions of buying 3 iphones tonight for my kids and with working so late this was the only time I could do it. But the door is locked an hour early. Disappointing. Thank you.

I came in 2 hours before close with working phones wanting to upgrade. Got sent to another store bc the only girl there didnt know how to upgrade. She had applied the upgrade coupon to my old phone and reactivated it. Charging us 80 bucks reactivation fee. Went back and told them we came in with working phones and spent 80 to leave with phones that dont work with nothing new and to call her boss. She refused and called her boyfriend into the store threatening us and refusing to give us our money back or the phones we were upgrading to. WITH OUR 2 TODDLERS IN THE STORE. We had to call the police and let them know and took our old phones and kids and left.

The gentleman that helped me was awesome! I can't say enough good things about him. I could write a book about how kind he was to me. I'm old and not good with technology. He was more than patient with me. I hope his boss reads this. And gives him credit. I wish i could remember his name. I am sorry sir I'm not good with names and i was so nervous when i went into your store. But you were the kindest gentleman I've had contact with in a very long time. Keep up the good work. It doesn't go unnoticed.
