Me nd my family really like coming to this store to the girl currently working there. When im not with my parents they feel so comfortable coming here by themselves because she is bilingual and she has always been so transparent with us, she let us know what we paying for, what we are getting, our monthly service bill, expectations and she always let us know if we have any questions we can always come back and she will be more than happy to assist us. She always makes us feel welcome specially to my parents because they don’t know English and she always explain them everything well they always come to her about any concern they have and she always has a smile on her face and a great attitude. She needs a raise 🙌🏼

The girl that works there is so patience and nice she always listen to our needs and refer us to a phone that fit our needs and always educate us on how the insurance works. We always come to her and will continue to do so. I would give this store more stars if i could because of her 😁👍

Ported over from Verizon and had Four days of non stop issues, in store was helpful and tried there best but customer service over the phone treated me horribly and did not care at all, I'm even more disappointed that I had to sell my phone because it was not compatible with the network and the phone I did but still nad the same network issue, could not return it because it was classified as a upgrade and not a new line which made me even more irritated, it's sad that new customers are treated like dirt and constantly given the run around and in store is the only place to get actual help. Great in store help but a over all scummy company

I am very happy with the help and information on deals and upgrades from the employee who helped us. Don't remember her name. But she is someone I hope will still be their next time I go back.

Mara was the most helpful representative ever. After going from 4 different stores she was able to help us save so much money .and walk out the door with money for the holidays. She deserves a raise . She loves her job and definitely love helping us thank you so much

This place is a joke. All they can do is take a payment & sell u a phone. The 5g is a ridiculously SLOW. They r getting 5$ extra cause customers can't pay there bill online or auto pay & have to physically come in to pay & they WILL NOT FIX THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE.

Bad customer experience, tried switching providers & employee with glasses had a TERRIBLE attitude from the start, didn’t bother to promote any offers or specials. She wasn’t interested in offering assistance into helping me become a Metro PCS member. Get better employees.
