Mara was the most helpful representative ever. After going from 4 different stores she was able to help us save so much money .and walk out the door with money for the holidays. She deserves a raise . She loves her job and definitely love helping us thank you so much

This place is a joke. All they can do is take a payment & sell u a phone. The 5g is a ridiculously SLOW. They r getting 5$ extra cause customers can't pay there bill online or auto pay & have to physically come in to pay & they WILL NOT FIX THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE.

Bad customer experience, tried switching providers & employee with glasses had a TERRIBLE attitude from the start, didn’t bother to promote any offers or specials. She wasn’t interested in offering assistance into helping me become a Metro PCS member. Get better employees.

Employee opening the store lied and said that the store didn't open until 10:30am. Why? I don't understand this woman... If you are in charge of a store why are you so rude to the costumers? I don't ever leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous, anyways didn't leave zero stars because it's not possible...

Apparently ima liar even though I know for a fact the representative hit the wrong button or misunderstood what I said. The manager was rude and unwilling to help I used this phone company for over 5 years. I will have to find a new company since nobody can help fix the error made on their end.

They say their open until 8 p.m. apparently not because we showed up after 7 and the doors were locked with an employee just sitting there in their phone. When we approached the door he didn’t say anything to us but continued to look down at his phone.

Great experience they got my mom a new phone and on a plan asap great women and amazing service highly recommend we actually was sent from T-Mobile on western where we were treated like we stole something they missed out on a good sale!

One star is to much honestly. I switched over and do I ever regret it. Not only do I NOT get service at my home or while driving to work including calls but I was also lied to. For 1 month $40 service, activation fee, a $9.99 phone and what I was told for $15 case cost me $144. Did not get anything showing my charges but when a representative from metro online chat called this store location she told her my case was $40 plus $27 in taxes. Not only did the store clerk lie to me she laughed at me. Never will recommend this location.
