I currently live in Wichita Falls Tx- I came to the outlets with my wife to spend the day. She was on the hunt for a purse. I don’t know much about brand names, qualities, etc. She picked out a purse and I came back on my own to buy it as a surprise. Brittany was the most helpful, attentive and understanding employee I ever encountered. She even helped me pick out a matching wallet to match the purse I was buying for my wife. Everyone there was so helpful and nice but I hope corporate and the higher ups see this. Brittany , thank you again for helping me find the perfect Christmas present for my wife. Happy holidays!

I went to the store today at the outlet mall arrived at 750p the manager informed us they were at capacity and we had to wait outside and they had 10m till closing which I don’t agree on the capacity maximum that’s just a way to loose business in my opinion so we waited she comes out at 753pm to tell us that if no one comes out by 755 they wouldn’t allow anyone in the store which it’s very unprofessional because your business hours stated they were open till 8pm not 755pm

I had a really bad experience today. A manager, stood behind me the entire time I was browsing. From the moment I walked in. I was also being asked if I was "doing ok" literally every 2 minutes. If they were worried about me stealing, they could have asked me to leave my bag at the register. I came from work, so I was dressed in all black, not sure if that has anything to do with it, which it shouldn't. I didn't buy anything because that whole experience was pretty off putting.

Just FYI for those of you upset about the store making you have to stand in line outside( hot, rain, sleet or snow) it’s not because the staff wants to and because they’re mean. It’s for YOUR safety and the merchandise in the store. There’s potentially more people than staff in the store so to be able to keep a watchful eye on things happening within the store and to guarantee you have their undivided attention. Only so many people are allowed in. This way if you have a question about a product, you’re giving an answer quickly and swiftly verses having to wait then potentially not interested in a product because you felt like you weren’t getting any attention. This is an outlet store so prices are already marked down from the original prices. So, the price you see unless stated X amount of percent off then there’s no additional discount for it’s already discounted, unless you are military. There’s now a 10% discount offered upon showing military ID. Just know that if a business is asking you to do something it’s not to be unfair but, could have other factors to why the particular rule is set in place. Just FYI
