if I could give a negative number I would of. standing in line with two people in front of me. one cashier just left left to take out poster board to someone car as their greeter watched. second one talked to the person in front of me for 15 minutes about the 4 items purchased they were making. I have sciatica and in so much pain to just walk is excruciating to stand for 20 minutes is ridiculous. I was going to buy $1500 500 Home depot 500 bass pro shop and 500 michaels. Xmas gifts would have been done. with gift cards. will not be back. hopefully Hobby lobby has better customer service. Made it though Walmart and target with less of a wait and twice as many people. You want to chat about your clients purchases move them aside and help those who have been standing there in obvious pain and chat with them.

I walked into the Michaels store on Northwest 50th and May through the exit tonight, at 8:25 PM, when the store closes at 9 PM. Why did I walk in through the exit? Because the entrance had been blocked by a wheelchair. Odd, but OK. As I'm walking through the store to find my items, I can hear two ladies at the cash register talking. Or shall I say, only one was actually doing the talking. The one who said, How did she get in here? I blocked the entrance! The store closes in 35 minutes! But she doesn't stop there. She asks the other girl, how many people are still in here? The girl answers, three or four, I think. As people check out, the other lady announces, one down, three to go. Two down, two to go... Loudly! It was the rudest!

I love shopping at Michaels they had everything I was looking for and Cass was wonderful at checking us out. Will be coming to this location every time!

Ryan was soooo awesome!! Helped me all over the store looking for what i needed, was kind to me even though i had no idea what i was looking for. Got me signed up for rewards and wrapped my terra cotta pots so they wouldn't break. 10/10 customer service.
